ECOSOC

Once a year, the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC) considers a report from the WHO Director-General on progress of the work of the Task Force. This report is transmitted to ECOSOC by the UN Secretary-General. Each year ECOSOC agrees a resolution to guide the work of the Task Force.
